A major multi-year residential development where we installed the IKO Permatec hot-melt system across extensive roof areas, including main roofs, terraces, balconies and podiums. The project incorporated a range of high-quality finishes such as green and brown roofs, paved terraces and gravelled surfaces, delivering a durable, high-performance waterproofing solution for this landmark scheme adjacent to Wembley Stadium.
