Roofing works to a commercial office scheme comprising both new-build and refurbishment elements. New-build areas received a hot-melt waterproofing system with inverted insulation on the concrete frame, while refurbishment works were completed using a Bauder high-performance felt warm-roof system with tapered insulation. Pitched roof sections were finished with Spanish natural slates.
