Roofing works to a large new-build development comprising three apartment blocks and over ten housing plots. Pitched roofs finished with Marley Ashdowne handcrafted clay plain tiles on Tyvek breather felt and treated battens, complete with half-round ridges, dry-fix ridge and verge systems, vented eaves, and lead flashings and collars. Flat roof areas finished with Alumasc waterproofing to concrete decks, incorporating paving slab and gravel finishes.
