4no Chartered Surveyors

2no staff with BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying

1no NIBOSH Standard Safety Officer

All staff have current health and safety on site certificates

6 members of the Institute of Roofing professional body

All site operatives have manual handling/scaffold safety certs

Operative Qualifications

51 trained in safe use of abrasive wheels

26 trained in use of first aid on site

12 trained to lay Permaphalt polymer modified asphalt system

14 are trained in the safe use of fork lift trucks

42 are trained in safe manual handling of heavy goods

15 are trained and approved Decra sheet metal tile fixers

10 are trained to lay Erisco Bauder approved felt systems

6 are trained to correctly operate elevated mobile platforms

5 are trained hoist operators

5 are PTS Railtrack Safety trained

5 are approved Anderson profile felt system fixer
