We have carried out many contracts including window replacements or structural works. As a subcontractor we are actively developing our partnering arrangements with selected main contractors. We see this as the future of construction in the UK and have seen the benefits already in closer ties with builders. We are also increasingly taking on package work for builders and project managers eager to keep the works above roof level with one company.
